CARLOS BARNABY
Carlos Barnaby is an Oakland artist embarking on an ambitious journey; his eight-book series about the life of Jesus Christ. Titled "Way Graphic Novel," this series aims to serve as a blueprint for the preproduction storyboarding stages of the movie; offering a unique and engaging perspective on a timeless narrative. Through his artwork and storytelling, Barnaby invites readers to explore the profound impact of Jesus' life and teachings in a fresh and innovative format. This project promises to inspire and provoke thought, making it a contribution to contemporary discussions around faith and art.
"In school, I learned a lot about film making" Carlos reflects. He is dedicated to assembling the perfect team and forging essential connections to bring his novel to life through animation. Inspired by his amazing wife Renesse and their wonderful children, he aims to create a timeless project that families everywhere can cherish together for generations to come.
Since earning an Associates Degree in Music Production from The LA Film School, he has embarked on an exciting journey with Morris Publishing, which has proudly printed hard copies of "The Way." This project continues to grow, allowing people to read and share Carlos's work as he explores his passion for producing this film. Stay tuned for more updates as this inspiring project unfolds!
